Additional Charges
Users who do not leave the station after charging is complete are charged an occupancy fee of ₺5 per minute, depending on the duration. This fee starts 15 minutes after charging ends and is capped at ₺450 (90 minutes).
1 - Select “Login” at the bottom of the app screen.
2 - On the login screen, select “SIGN UP” at the bottom.
3 - Fill in the requested profile details.
4 - Select “Addresses” below the password creation section.
5 - Select business or personal billing, fill in the requested details, and select “Save”.
6 - On the profile screen, select “Show” next to “Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Membership Agreement”.
7 - After reading the agreement, select “I have read and accept” and then “Continue”.
8 - Select “Save” on the next screen, then enter the four-digit code sent to your mobile phone.
9 - Your registration is complete.
